I am so behind on blogging due to all the wonderful fall sessions I was blessed with this year. Now that I am finally catching up, I wanted to be sure and post some of my favorite photos from this teen photo shoot I did at a beautiful park in Ft Worth.

Brooks’ mom called me early this fall saying she wanted to do 13 year old photos of him. She used to do yearly portraits of his older sisters when they were young, but had let time slip away from her and hadn’t done any photos of Brooks in several years.

We talked about outfits and location choices and her vision for the session. Brooks’ mom wanted a nature setting with trees and overgrown grass and fields. I told her I knew of a perfect park in Fort Worth that fit her description.

After rescheduling the session at least twice due to all the rain we had been receiving in DFW, we finally lucked out with some golden light and a gorgeous evening.

I loved that Lauren called me to take Brooks 13 year old pictures. So many people document their little ones then forget to get photos done again until they are sometimes seniors in high school and ready for their senior photo session.

We had such a great session and Brooks made my job easy. Not only is he such a handsome young man, but he was also very polite and did a great job in front of the camera.
